Position Overview:
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Directors and be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The role will involve managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and supporting senior management in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong financial background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience in the creative or advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data and present reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial resources
- Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders
- Participate in contract negotiations and other financial matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the creative or advertising industry
- Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with accounting software and financial management tools
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA certification preferred

AV Manager – Creative & Production

Who we are looking for:
Digital Content is seeking a AV Manager – Creative & Production to join the team. Must have a portfolio demonstrating the creativity required to present ideas, words, and visualizations that will intelligently represents clients’ needs. The person is also responsible for assisting the Accounts Team with the execution of a select group of accounts within Digital Content and our subsidiaries. He or she will manage production aspects of the digital and traditional components starting in the creative process through execution for Social, Digital, Television, Radio & Print platforms. This includes overseeing and managing the selected production throughout the project, being accountable for the work at each level, maintaining best practices throughout production, tracking results & feedback.
What you’ll do:
- Management and execution of all assigned production projects
- Manage and track projects from start to finish-ensuring that deadlines are met
- Creative thinking and conceptualizing ideas for our clients
- Adherence to departmental processes and guidelines
- Participate in production meetings – with clients & report on project status to internal team members
- Project expense reconciliation
- Immediate escalation when timelines are in jeopardy
- Proofing, inventory management, quality control processes and procedures
- Develop the written tone and feel of advertising to be executed in various media
- Responsible for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects
- Create and documents final written decks
- Responsible for securing approval for all work from the ACD or CD for specific assignment
- Contribute to the new business activities of the Agency
- May include other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of professional experience in a creative or production agency
- Strong creative thinking skills
- Knowledge of digital and electronic media platforms
- Understanding of what our audiences like and how to connect with brands/our clients
- Project management experience
- Attention to detail (proof reading, subtitling, colors etc)
- Fluency in English & Sinhala

Cameraman / Editor

We are a fast-growing and busy video production and live streaming agency based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We produce live and on-demand video content for global consumer brands, finance, fashion, sport, and automotive – we do it all – across TV, digital and social channels.
We’re looking for a multi-skilled, talented, ambitious and creative Cameraman / Editor to join our team, and to become an integral part of our next growth phase supporting the agency and its clients. Our chosen candidate will be an experienced videographer who is capable of shooting and editing their own video content to completion, and happy collaborating with others.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Video production for a range of consumer, FTSE and corporate clients
Shooting social video content, corporate films, live events, short films and online TV shows
Overseeing the cinematography output of DC, supporting the Creative Director
Editing video, and creating assembly edits for others to take over
Shooting on-location & inside our in-house studios
Overseeing all of our camera kit, ensuring it is fully compliant, functional and ready to go at a moment’s notice
Work Experience & Skills

In-depth understanding of moving image production, from pre-prod to post
Solid editing experience (Adobe Premiere)
